Rota da Lampreia e da Vitela – Sever do VougaEste evento, organizado conjuntamente pela Confraria Gastronómica de Sever do Vouga e pelo Município de Sever do Vouga, tem como objetivo promover/divulgar produtos locais – a lampreia e a vitela – nomeadamente, no “Arroz de Lampreia”, na “Lampreia à Bordalesa” e na Vitela Assada com Arroz do Forno que são um motivo de visita e de promoção do concelho.
